Epic Tribute to Graffiti Artist NEKST Stretches for Blocks in Brooklyn

We’ve seen a lot of tributes for graffiti writers who have passed away, but never like this. Over the past few days, numerous artists have been descended upon Williamsburg to put up NEKST, a prolific graffiti artist who passed away in December of 2012. For three blocks, the name NEKST appears over and over, each done in a different style by a different artist. Most of the dedication pieces were done by members of the mighty MSK crew, some of who are in town to paint the Bowery Wall. Click through the gallery above to see each tribute.
